Below are examples of consultancy instructions which I have been involved with over my career and demonstrates the experience which can be brought to benefit future clients.

Brighton Marina Management Company
For the last 10 years have been acting as an independent advisor for the Brighton Marina Estate Management Company, which oversees this 127 acre site formed from reclaimed land and now home to over 1,000 residents, a 1,500 beth marina and over 100 commercial units.

The duties include chairing the quarterly meetings, available for consultation with the stakeholders to discuss matters together with approving the annual budget and reconciliation statements.

Hulme Hight Street, Manchester
Working on this strategic regeneration project to replace the notorious Moss Side Centre to provide a more traditional retail environment alongside residential development.
The requirement was to put in place a management company structure which would provide joint services across the site but enable disposal of the competed phases to multiple investors. The role included presentations and negotiations with key supermarket tenant ASDA to secure their occupation.

Hofstatt, Munich
I was engaged in 2011 to provide assistance to developer Hines in the formation of a management company to operate and oversee this new infill retail and leisure scheme which had a complex mixture of freehold ownerships.
This work included guidance on overriding clauses on user and tenant mix, basis of apportionment, enforcement of rights over neighbouring properties, providing a projected structure and resource model, detailing the costs and draft apportionment together with the purpose of the developers golden share and exit.
